摘要
沃尔巴克氏体(Wolbachia)是一类广泛分布于节肢动物体内的革兰阴性共生菌。Wolbachia不仅可以通过多种方式调控宿主的生殖,还可以抑制或阻断宿主对登革热病毒、黄热病病毒、寨卡病毒等多种虫媒病毒的感染,因此被广泛用于蚊媒传染病的防控。但Wolbachia对不同虫媒病毒的作用又受到蚊虫种类和所选用Wobachia类型等因素的影响。总起来说,wMel对各种虫媒病毒的抑制效果较好。本文对现有的相关研究进行了综述,以期为后续研究提供基础资料。
Wolbachiais a Gram-negative symbiotic bacterium that is found in a wide range of arthropods.Wolbachia can regulate and control host reproduction in many ways,but it also can inhibit or block infection with the Dengue fever virus,Yellow fever virus,Zika virus,and other arboviruses.Therefore,Wolbachia is widely used to prevention and control mosquito-borne diseases.However,the effectiveness of Wolbachia on different arboviruses is influenced by mosquito species and the type of Wolbachia used.Generally speaking,wMel is most effective at inhibiting multiple arboviruses.This paper reviews relevant studies in order to provide information for future research.
