摘要
目的 对2009—2021年河南县布鲁菌病(简称“布病”)监测结果进行分析,为制定有效防控措施提供数据支持。方法 采用虎红平板凝集试验(rose-bengal plate agglutination test, RBT)和试管凝集试验(standard tube agglutination test, SAT)方法,实验结果结合流行病学个案调查确定患病病例,数据使用Excel 2007软件录入,采用描述性流行病学方法分析流行特征。结果 确诊布病病例71例,患病率为1.41%,男性31例,女性40例,男女比例为0.78∶1。年龄最小为15岁,最大为77岁,>15~55岁年龄组病例数最多为69例;民族为藏族;职业为牧民。结论 青海省布病流行仍是小范围、点状、分散发生,相关部门需建立“群防、群治”机制,才能遏制布病疫情的回升趋势。
Objective To analyze the monitoring data of brucellosis in Henan County from 2009 to 2021,and to provide a basis for the formulation of effective prevention and control measures.Methods The diagnosed cases were determined through the rose-bengal plate agglutination test(RBT),standard tube agglutination test(SAT),and epidemiological investigation.All the data were entered using Excel 2007 and epidemiological characteristics were analyzed through descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 71 patients with brucellosis were diagnosed,with a prevalence rate of 1.41%,including 31 males and 40 females,with a male-to-female ratio of 0.78:1.The minimum age was 15 years old and the maximum was 77 years old.The maximum number of cases in the>15-55 age group was 69 cases.The ethnic group was Tibetan;the occupation was herdsman.Conclusion The epidemics of brucellosis in Qinghai Province still occur on a small-scale,dotted,and scattered.Relevant departments need to establish prevention and treatment mechanisms to curb the resurgence of Brucellosis.
