摘要
基于大同煤矿集团雁崖煤业公司8303-1高抽巷在近距离采空区下掘进期间巷道顶板下沉、破碎等现象,对施工巷道原支护设计存在的主要问题进行了分析,并根据实际生产情况对原支护进行优化,提出了"撞楔超前支护+JW型钢带索杆交替布置+架设π型工字钢棚"联合支护措施。通过实际应用,顶板下沉量控制在0.10 m以下,巷道掘进速度提高至5.2 m/d,取得了显著的应用成效。
Based on the phenomenon of roadway roof subsidence and breakage during the excavation of 8303-1 high extraction roadway under short-distance goaf of Yanya Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Datong Coal Mine Group, this paper analyzed the main problems in the original support design of construction roadway, optimized the original support according to the actual production situation, and proposed the joint support meature of "crash wedge advanced support + JW steel strip cable rod alternately arranged+ setting up π type I-shaped steel shed". Through practical application, the roof subsidence was controlled below 0.10 m, and the roadway driving speed was increased to 5.2 m/d, which has achieved remarkable application results.
