摘要
为解决枣园煤矿23081机巷的支护难题,利用FLAC3D软件建立23081机巷模拟模型,模拟分析了巷道支护方案及参数。结果表明23081机巷顶板宜采用长2400mm锚杆,两帮宜采用长2000mm锚杆,锚杆排距600mm;采用长8300mm的锚索对顶板进行加固,锚索间距1200mm。实践表明支护系统稳定可靠,达到了预期的支护效果。
In order to solve the support problem in 23081 machinery roadway in Zaoyuan Mine,the numerical simulation model of the roadway is established by using FLAC3D.The road-way support scheme and parameters are simulated and analyzed.The results indicate that the 2400 mm long bolt applies in the roof of 23081 machinery roadway,the 2000 mm long bolt fits in two ribs,and the reasonable spacing between the bolts is 600 mm;the 8300 mm long cables are used to strengthen the roof with 1200 mm spacing.The practice proves that the support system is reliable,and the desired support effect is achieved.
