摘要
根据汽车保险杠产品的结构和塑料材料,结合MoldFlow软件对该塑件进行了模流分析,介绍了保险杠注射模主要零件的结构特点,并根据实际情况确定采用热流道进料系统,型腔采用整体结构,型芯采用拼接式结构,扣位采用侧滑块脱模结构,冷却水采用集水块结构,并在车灯位置增加排气槽。该模具结构设计合理,生产效率高。
According to the product structure of bumper and plastic material,combined with MoldFlow software to the mold flow analysis,bumper injection mold structure characteristics of the main parts are introduced,and according to the actual situation to determine feeding system using hot runner,cavity adopts integral structure,mosaic structure is used to core,buckle with inclined top type demoulding structure,cold water,the water block structure,and increase exhaust slot in the lamp position,proved by practical production.This mold structure design is reasonable,high production efficiency.
