摘要
办出特色,为幼儿提供良好的育人氛围和个性发展空间,走出一条高质量发展之路是每个幼儿园需要思考和研究的课题。无锡师范附属实验幼儿园从凝练文化入手,打造幼儿园生存教育特色品牌;基于文化传承,开发幼儿园生存教育园本课程;促进文化融通,构建幼儿园实践发展共同体,尝试探寻一条符合自身发展特点的高质量办园之路。
To provide a better educating environment and more space for personality development, every kindergarten should think about exploring a featured way of high quality development. Experimental Kindergarten Affiliated to Wuxi Normal School has explored its own route to running a high-quality kindergarten in line with its own characteristics through ways as follows: condensing culture to create a characteristic brand of survival education;inherit culture to develop kindergarten-based curriculum of survival education;promoting cultural integration to construct a community of kindergarten practical development.
