摘要
静脉输注利多卡因(intravenous lidocaine,IVLI)多年前就被提议为一种辅助麻醉可以降低围术期麻醉药物用量,同时存在远期益处,这种方法近年来持续得到麻醉医师的关注。文章主要阐述IVLI在临床应用进展,探索其进一步的研究方向,并对IVLI可能机制、目前研究进展以及与硬膜外麻醉对比进行综述,旨在展望IVLI的进一步研究以有利于减少患者术后不适,贯彻ERAS理念提高患者舒适度和满意度。
Intravenous infusion of lidocaine(IVLI)has been proposed for years as an adjunctive anesthetic that can reduce the use of perioperative anesthetic drugs while providing long-term benefits,this method has been paid more and more attention by anesthesiologists in recent years.This article mainly describes the progress of IVLI in clinical application,explores its further research direction,and summarizes the possible mechanism of IVLI,current research progress and comparison with epidural anesthesia,aiming to prospect further study of IVLI to help reduce postoperative discomfort,implement the ERAS concept to improve comfort and satisfaction of patients.
