摘要
目的探讨水胶体透明敷料联合冰力降温贴在预防榄香烯注射液致静脉炎中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月—2018年4月在本科住院的静脉输注榄香烯注射液的肺癌患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各25例。对照组采用一次性敷贴贴敷在静脉留置针的上方,观察组采用水胶体透明敷料联合冰力降温贴在穿刺点及穿刺点上方15 cm沿静脉走向外贴加冷敷,输注后24 h去除。观察两组患者静脉炎发生情况及疼痛程度。结果观察组静脉炎发生率及疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水胶体透明敷料联合冰力降温贴可以降低榄香烯注射液所致静脉炎的发生率,减轻穿刺点的疼痛。
Objective To investigate the effect of hydrocolloid transparent dressing combined with ice cooling gel sheet in preventing venous inflammation caused by elemene injection.Methods 50 cases of lung cancer patients received intravenous drip of elemene injection in department of respiratory medicine of our hospital during August.2017 and April,2018 were enrolled as study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with cases in each group.Disposable patches were applied above the venous indwelling needle in control group,while hydrocolloid transparent dressing combined with ice cooling gel sheet was adopted on the puncture point and15 cm above along with the vein direction for 24 hours.The incidence of phlebitis and pain in the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of phlebitis and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hydrocolloid transparent dressing combined with ice cooling paste could reduce the incidence of phlebitis caused by elemene injection and reduce the pain of puncture site.
