摘要
目的汉化澳大利亚盆底问卷自适问卷(the self-administered Australian pelvic floor questionnaire,APFQ),并检验其在中国孕产妇人群中的信度、效度及反应度。方法经过跨文化调适及预调查后,确定中文版APFQ自适问卷,将其应用于316例妊娠晚期的孕妇,纵向随访至产后2个月再次发放问卷,对两次测量结果进行信度、效度及反应度分析。结果内容效度:问卷S-CVI为0.98;结构效度:妊娠晚期及产后2个月阶段有症状困扰的女性和没有症状困扰的女性得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);信度:妊娠晚期及产后2个月的问卷总Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.83,0.89,重测信度为0.79;反应度:该问卷的膀胱功能维度和性功能维度能够显著识别症状随时间的变化,效应量(effect size,ES)分别为0.75、0.28,标准化反应均数(standardized response mean,SRM)分别为0.62、0.20。结论中文版APFQ自适问卷具有良好的信效度,能够纵向监测症状的变化,适用于评估孕产妇人群的盆底功能障碍疾病症状。
Objective To test the reliability,validity and responsiveness of the self-administered Australian pelvic floor questionnaire(APFQ)in Chinese pregnant and postpartum women.Methods After cross-cultural adaption and pre-test,the Chinese version of the self-administered APFQ was determined and applied to 316 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy.longitudinal follow-up to issue the questionnaire again 2 months after delivery,and the reliability,validity and responsiveness analysis were performed on the two measurements.Results Content validity:the total CVI of the questionnaire was 0.98.Construct validity;there was statistically significant difference in the symptoms scores of women with and without subjective suffering some symptoms in the third trimester of pregnancy and 2 months postpartum.Reliability:the total Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the questionnaire in pregnancy and 2 months postpartum were 0.83 and 0.89,and the test-retest reliability was 0.79.Responsiveness:the questionnaire could track change in bladder function domain and sexual function domain for the women during pregnancy and postpartum periods.The effect size(ES)and standardized response mean(SRM)were ES=0.75,SRM=0.62 and ES=0.28,SRM=0.20,respectively.Conclusions The Chinese version of the self-administered APFQ had satisfactory reliability and validity,and can longitudinally monitor changes in pelvic floor symptoms.It is suitable for assessing symptoms of pelvic floor disorders in pregnant and postpartum women.
