摘要
为实现射孔弹对目标靶穿孔性能和孔道后效的共同作用,设计了一种高密度活性镍-铝金属体系药型罩。通过改变药型罩配方中钨粉、镍粉和铝粉的质量比,进行了相应地面穿目标靶对比试验,得到最佳效果的活性金属粉末药型罩配方。试验结果显示,当活性配方中钨粉、镍粉、铝粉的质量比为70.0:6.6:13.4时,地面钢靶穿孔孔道容积最大,穿孔效果最佳;地面模拟围压穿砂岩靶的穿孔孔道干净,射流后效作用能力显著。
A high density active aluminum-nickel metal system liner was designed to ensure the joint effect of perforating charge on target in perforating performance and its aftermath.The optimized formulation of the active metal powder liner was obtained through a series of ground penetrating target contrast tests by alternating the mass ratio of tungsten powder,nickel powder and aluminum powder.The experimental results show that the steel target has the largest volume and the best perforation effect at the mass ratio of tungsten powder,nickel powder and aluminum powder of 70.0︰6.6︰13.4,and simulated confining pressure through sandstone target has the cleanest perforation channel and remarkable jet after effect.
