摘要
为了研究粒径和炸高对Ni-Al反应射流侵彻性能的影响,分析了2种Ni粉粒径和3种炸高下Ni-Al反应射流对45#钢的毁伤性能。将理论分析与实验研究相结合,采用粉末冶金法制备了Ni粉粒径为6μm和28μm的Ni-Al粉末药型罩并对其进行静破甲实验。Ni粉粒径实验结果表明:当Ni粉粒径为28μm时射流的平均穿深比6μm时射流的平均穿深提升55%。光学显微镜表明:随着粒径增大,靶板孔壁变形明显,射流对靶板孔壁的毁伤性能增强。炸高实验结果表明:90 mm炸高比60 mm和120 mm炸高毁伤性能分别提升54%和100%。随着炸高增加,射流对靶板的毁伤性能先增大后减小。
In order to study the effect of particle size and explosive height on the penetration performance of Ni-Al reactive jet,the damage performance of two Ni powder particle sizes and three standoffs of Ni-Al reactive jet on 45#steel was analyzed.In this paper,theoretical analysis and experimental research were combined,the powder metallurgy was used to prepare the Ni-Al powder liners with the Ni powder particle size of 6μm and 28μm,and the static nail piercing test was carried out.Ni powder particle size test results show that the average penetration depth of the jet at 28μm is 55%higher than that of the jet at 6μm.The optical microscope show that with the increase of the particle size,the hole wall of the target plate deform significantly,and the damage performance of the jet to the target plate is enhanced.The results of the standoff test show that the damage performance of the 90 mm stand off is 54%and 100%higher than that of the 60 mm and 120 mm standoffs,respectively.As the standoff increases,the damage performance of the jet to the target plate first increases and then decreases.
