水生植物对富营养化水体的净化效果研究 被引量:12

摘要 选取菖蒲、狐尾藻、凤眼莲、睡莲四种水生植物作为研究对象,在静态条件下,对采集的富营养化污水进行水培试验,研究单一和组合植物在污水中的长势情况及NH^+4-N、TP和COD的去除能力。结果表明:通过36d的水培试验,单一植物中狐尾藻对NH4^+-N和TP的去除效果最佳,去除效率大小为狐尾藻>凤眼莲>菖蒲>睡莲;组合植物中狐尾藻^+凤眼莲对NH4^+-N和TP的去除效果均最佳,净化效率分别为84.7%、60.95%;菖蒲^+凤眼莲对COD去除效果是最好的,净化效率达到85.74%;相比于单一组分,每种植物的增重率均有所下降,说明混合培养中,不同植物的长势会受彼此的影响。 Four hydrophytes,A.calamus,M.verticillatum,E.crassipes and Nymphaea were selected as the research objects.Under static conditions,eutrophic wastewater was collected for hydroponic test to study the growth status of single and combined plants in sewage and the removal capacity of NH4^+-N,TP and COD.The results showed that after 36 d hydroponic test,the removal efficiency of NH4^+-N and TP by M.verticillatum was the best in a single plant,with M.verticillatum>E.crassipes>A.calamus>Nymphaea;among the combined plants,M.verticillatum with E.crassipes had the best removal efficiency of NH^+4-N and TP,with purification efficiency of 84.7%and 60.95%respectively;A.calamus with E.crassipes had the best COD removal effect,and the purification efficiency reached 85.74%.Compared with the single component,the weight gain rate of each plant decreased,which indicated that in the case of symbiosis between the two plants,the mixed culture caused inter-plant competition,thus restraining each other’s growth.
