摘要 以河北某炼油厂丙烯腈生产废水为研究对象,采用芬顿氧化对其进行预处理,考察了初始PH、H2O2浓度、Fe2+浓度和反应时间等反应条件对废水中COD去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:在废水pH为3,H2O2浓度为35mg/L,Fe2+浓度为4.8g/L,反应时间为3.5h的条件下,该工艺对COD的去除效果最佳,废水中COD值从27500mg/L降至4780mg/L,COD去除率最高达82.62%,B/C从0.12提高至0.29,在降解COD的同时有效提高了废水的可生化性,为处理丙烯腈废水的实际工程应用提供参考与借鉴。 Using the production wastewater from a refinery in Hebei,China,as research target.The Fenton oxidation has been applied to the pretreatment of acrylonitrile production wastewater.The influences of reaction conditions,such as reaction initial PH,Hydrogen peroxide solution concentration,Iron ion concentration and reaction time on the Chemical oxygen demand removing effect has been investigated.The experimental results show that Chemical oxygen demand from wastewater could be removed effectively under the following conditions:wastewater initial PH is 3,Hydrogen peroxide solution concentration is 35 mg/L,Iron ion concentration is 4.8 g/L,and reaction time is 3.5 h.The Chemical oxygen demand in wastewater can be reduced from 27500mg/L to 4780mg/L.The removal rate of Chemical oxygen demand has been reached 82.62%,and the B/C increased from 0.12 to 0.29.The biodegradability of wastewater can be effectively improved while Chemical oxygen demand has been degraded.It has provided reference and reference for practical engineering application of acrylonitrile wastewater treatment.
