摘要
采用阳极氧化法+两段式铝还原法+浸渍法制备出黑色TiO2/泡沫镍催化剂,通过SEM表征手段对催化剂负载形貌进行表征,考察了煅烧温度、浸渍次数对甲醛降解效率的影响。结果表明,TiO2与泡沫镍结合牢固,分布均匀。当煅烧温度为400℃、浸渍次数2次时,TiO2/泡沫镍催化剂上甲醛的降解率达到最大的78.3%。
The black TiO2/nickel foam catalyst was prepared by continuous anodizing method,two-stage aluminum reduction and impregnation method.The morphology of the catalyst was characterized by SEM.The effects of calcination temperature and impregnation times on formaldehyde degradation efficiency were investigated.The results show that TiO2 is firmly combined with nickel foam and has a uniform distribution.When the calcination temperature was 400℃and the number of times of impregnation was 2 times,the degradation rate of formaldehyde on the TiO2/nickel foam catalyst reached a maximum of 78.3%.
