摘要
高职院校扩招及建筑行业继续教育规模的不断加大,使学业水平和知识结构相差悬殊的学生混为一堂,因材施教成为保障人才培养质量的有效途径。高职院校建筑技术专业由过去仅培养工程技术和管理人才逐渐向培养技术技能人才转型,1+X证书制度为建筑技术技能人才培养提供了新的思路。优秀的“双师型”教师团队、紧密的校企命运共同体、适度的职能监管机制是实施1+X证书制度的保障。
With the further enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges and the increasing scale of continuing education in construction industry,students with different academic levels and knowledge structures will be mixed together,and teaching according to their aptitude will become a good medicine to guarantee the quality of personnel training.The construction technology specialty in higher vocational colleges has gradually transformed from only training engineering and management personnel to training technical and skilled personnel.The 1+X Certificate System provides a new train of thought for the training of construction technology skilled personnel.Excellent"double-qualified"teacher team,close community of school and enterprise,and appropriate functional supervision mechanism are the guarantee of implementing 1+X certificate system.
