摘要
医用耗材治理改革是国家治理急需、满足人民对美好生活新期待必备的制度之一。建立高值医用耗材监管平台是落实中央决策部署、治理价格虚高和不正之风的实际举措。南京确立高值医用耗材治理基本途径,建立阳光监管平台理念和目标。经过几个月努力探索,运行全天候、业务全覆盖、各类对象全监管、各个系统全贯通、监管环节全过程的"五全"监管平台已建成使用,但仍需进一步完善,加强联动,形成合力。
The reform of medical consumables management is one of the necessary systems to meet the urgent need of national management and people’s new expectations for a better life. The establishment of high-value medical consumables supervision platform is a practical measure to implement the central decision-making and deployment, and to control the false high price and unhealthy trend. Nanjing has established the basic way of highvalue medical consumables management and the concept and goal of establishing the sunshine supervision platform. After exploration, the supervision platform has been built and put into use, which runs all day, covers all businesses, supervises all kinds of objects, connects all systems and supervises all processes. However, it is still necessary to further improve the fine work, especially the cooperation and linkage of all stakeholders to form a joint force.
