摘要
高职院校是培养后备高技能人才的主阵地,高职学生是后备高技能人才的主体,他们的职业理想、职业行为、学习能力、创新意识等都直接关系国家高技能人才队伍建设。文章通过对高职学生关于高技能人才培养相关问题的问卷调查和座谈,分析当前高职学生对高职院校高技能人才培养的期望,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策,以期对高职院校高技能人才培养策略提供参考和借鉴。
Higher vocational colleges are the main position to train reserve talents with high skills,and students of higher vocational colleges are the main part of reserve talents with high skills.Based on the questionnaire survey and discussion on the training of high-skilled talents,this paper analyzes the current expectations of students on the training of high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the training strategies of high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
