摘要
为解决人工清点发票效率低、出错率高、劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种包含捻开机构、传送机构和推送机构的发票自动清点装置。以凸轮旋转的方式将发票从存储箱中捻出,同时推送机构保证发票受力平衡,再通过滚轮与皮带配合传送,最后用对射传感器进行计数。仿真模拟结果表明,装置设计合理,满足使用需求。
In order to solve the problem of work inefficiency,reduce error rate and alleviate work intensity,an automatic invoice-inventory device is designed,which is composed of three parts:a twisting mechanism,a conveyor and a pusher. After twisted and taken out from the storage box by the rotating cam,the individual invoice is conveyed by roller and belt with the pusher to make sure the balanced force on it,and then the invoices are counted by the thru-beam sensor. The experimental results show that the device is reasonably designed and meets the demands of practical use.
