多功能钱币分类整理装置研究与开发

摘要 在研究目前国内市场需求及硬币分类装置优缺点的基础上,针对现有钱币整理装置功能单一,分类效率低、分类质量差的问题进行深入研究,文中提出纸币硬币分离方法和硬币分类方法,基于这两种方法设计多功能钱币分类整理装置。文中设计风力分离机构和筛式分离机构相结合,实现纸币与硬币高效分离;设计基于硬币厚度的离心式单个硬币分离机构,实现混合硬币堆中单个硬币的高速分离;设计基于硬币形状及直径综合参数的分类机构,实现高速准确的硬币分类;设计双筒硬币暂存切换机构,实现分类后的硬币在单筒内收集、整理、定量暂存及传递的功能;设计硬币包装机构,利用成品装币桶进行硬币收集,利用压盖机构实现硬币包装。对文中设计的多功能钱币分类整理装置进行试验样机的制作并进行测试,经试验测试得出,文中提出的多功能硬币分类整理装置解决了目前硬币整理装置功能单一,分类效率低、分类质量差的问题,为提高钱币整理装置工作效率和精准度提供了一种有效的解决方案。 In this article,based on the domestic market demand and the characteristics of current coin classification-and-sorting devices,efforts are made to analyze the setbacks of these devices,such as single function,low efficiency in classification and poor quality. Thus,the methods of separation of notes and coins on one hand and coin classification are put forward;based on these two methods,the multi-functional coin classification-and-sorting device is developed. The wind-separation mechanism and the sieve-separation mechanism are combined,in order to realize the efficient separation of notes and coins. Besides,by means of coin thickness,the centrifugal single-coin separation mechanism is worked out,so as to realize the high-speed separation of single coin in the mixed coin stack. In addition,based on the shape and diameter of coins,the coin-classification mechanism is worked out in order to realize the accurate classification of coins at a high speed. What’s more,the double-bucket temporary-storage switching mechanism is worked out so as to realize the functions of collecting,sorting,quantitative temporary storage and delivery of classified coins in a single barrel. Furthermore,the coin-packaging mechanism is worked out,and coin collection is carried out by means of finished product barrels;Thus,coin packaging is realized by means of the gland mechanism. The multi-functional coin classification-and-sorting device is subject to prototype production and test. The results show that thanks to this device,such setbacks of single function,low efficiency in classification and poor quality have been dealt with. This provides an effective solution for improving the coin classification-and-sorting device’s efficiency and precision.
