摘要
党的十九大报告对实施乡村振兴战略作出重要指示:要健全农业社会化服务体系,实现小农户和现代农业发展的有机衔接。安徽省合肥市长丰县根据农户需求,大力支持家庭农场、专业合作社、股份合作社、行业协会等农业社会化服务组织,因地制宜发展特色产业,提升农户能力,补齐短板克服发展局限,创建多种形式利益链条,使小农户向组织化经营的方向良性发展。
the Party’s report of the 19 th national congress on the implementation of rural revitalization strategy raised important instructions: improve the socialized agricultural service system, to achieve small farmers and modern agricultural development of the organic link. Changfeng county in Hefei from Anhui province support the family farm, professional cooperatives, joint-stock cooperative, industry associations and other agricultural socialized service organizations, adjust measures to local conditions according to the farmers needs, to develop characteristic industry, improve the capacity of farmers, swallow the short board overcome development limitations, create varieties forms of interests link, make the small farmers to organizational management in the direction of the benign development.
