Research on Configuration Effect of Mobile Learning Adoption Motivation

摘要 移动学习已成为在线教育领域的新业态,移动学习采纳动因研究,可给移动学习业态完善、推广和发展提供理论支撑。文章基于UTAUT模型、文献前因变量统计和移动学习属性,构建集合关系的移动学习采纳动因概念模型,引入集定性与定量于一体的模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),结合使用开放式样本数据,组态视角分析移动学习前因变量与结果变量间的非对称多重并发因果效应。研究发现绩效期望高是移动学习采纳的必要条件,学习自主性弱是不采纳的必要条件。绩效期望高、努力期望高、感知趣味性高、感知移动性高、感知成本满意是采纳的核心条件。在此基础上可达采纳的三条组态路径是:对自主性强的学习者,尚需社群影响大;对自主性弱的学习者,尚需社交互动性好;对和自主性强弱无关的学习者,尚需社群影响大、社交互动性好。为防止不采纳,需重点关注移动学习者自主性弱的问题。 Mobile learning has become a new format in online education.Research on factors which motivate adoption of mobile learning can provide theoretical support for the improvement,promotion and development of mobile learning.Based on the UTAUT model,a motivation conceptual model of set relations of dependent variables and learning attributes for mobile learning adoption is constructed.Then,the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA),combining qualitative-quantitative and open sample data,is conducted to analyze the asymmetric multiple conjunctural causation effect between pre-dependent variables and outcome variables of mobile learning from the configuration perspective.It is found that high performance expectation is the necessary condition for adoption while weak learning autonomy is the necessary condition for non-adoption of mobile learning.High performance expectation,effort expectation,perceived playfulness,perceived mobility with satisfactory perceived cost are the core conditions for adoption.Based on above,three configurational paths can be derived.For learners of strong learning autonomy,they need great community impact.For weak learning autonomy learners,they need more social interaction.For mobile learners who are neutral to learning autonomy,they need both community impact and social interaction.To improve non-adoption,more attention should be given to mobile learners of weak learning autonomy.
