摘要 肿瘤是人类面临的重大健康问题之一,从基因分子水平阐述肿瘤发生发展的机制,找到新的诊断与预后标志物和治疗靶点是当前肿瘤研究的热点。DEPDC1B与肿瘤的恶性生物学行为密切相关,其主要的功能结构域DEP被证实参与细胞内信号转导等多种生理功能。本文将对DEP结构域及DEPDC1B的生物学功能研究进展做一综述。
