摘要
运用《九寨侗寨保甲团练档案》中有关婚姻生活的档案材料,并结合地方史志,对清水江地区的婚书的释读方法进行探讨,认为清水江文书的释读需要整体的视角,既要看到政府对基层的治理,又要看到民间百姓是如何能动地应对政府推行的“婚礼”,同时还要考察婚书在“俗”“礼”“法”三个层面的意义,以达到对婚姻文书深入地理解。
Based on the marriage life written in the Files of Baojia Tuanlian of Jiu Village and Dong Village and the local historical records,the current study discusses the interpretation methods of marriage books in Qingshui River area.The results show that the interpretation of Qingshui River documents needs a holistic perspective,which includes the consideration of the government’s governance and how the folk people respond actively to the“wedding”proposed by the government.Additionally,it is necessary to investigate the significance of marriage document in three levels of“custom”,“ceremony”and“law”so that a deep understanding on marriage documents could be achieved.
