摘要
针对研究生创新人才培养上的个性发展空间不足以及个性创新措施方法缺乏等问题,文章构建了基于BP神经网络的个性化培养模式与创新能力关系的数学模型,分析了个性化培养指标对研究生创新能力的影响。应用BP神经网络算法进行仿真得出误差曲线,并与人工调查的研究生创新能力变化结果进行比较,验证了所建个性化培养的关联因素表对创新能力影响的有效性。最后,以五邑大学工科研究生培养为例,介绍了研究生个性化培养过程中的一些探索和实践所取得的阶段性成效。
For the insufficient problems about the personal development space and the innovative measures of individuality on the postgraduate innovation talent cultivation,a mathematical model is bulit based on BP neural network for the relationship between individualized training mode and innovation ability in the paper and the influence of individualized training index is analyzed on the innovation ability of postgraduate.The simulation of the error curve is obtained by BP neural network algorithm and is compared with the results of the innovation ability of the postgraduate.The effectiveness is verified about the correlation factor table of the individualized training on innovation ability.Finally,the periodic results of explorations and practices are introduced in the personalized training process of postgraduate by the engineering postgraduate training ofWuyi University.
