太极拳对T2DM患者血糖及脂蛋白代谢水平影响的Meta分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价太极拳对T2DM患者血糖及脂蛋白代谢水平的影响。方法检索PubMed、web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方自建库至2019年7月的太极拳运动干预T2DM的RCT相关研究,应用Stata软件进行分析。结果太极拳在降低FBG[SMD=-0.607,95%CI=(-0.930^-0.284,P<0.0001)]、HbA1c[SMD=-0.585,95%CI(-0.784^-0.386),P<0.0001]、TG[SMD=-0.833,95%CI(-1.383^-0.283),P<0.0001]、HDL-C[SMD=0.458,95%CI(0.063~0.852),P<0.0001]、LDL-C[SMD=-1.252,95%CI(-2.305^-0.199),P<0.001]方面与对照组相比有统计学意义,而TC[SMD=-0.418,95%CI(-0.897~0.061),P>0.05]方面差异无统计学意义。结论太极拳运动可控制T2DM患者血糖水平,调节脂蛋白浓度,可为后期糖尿病运动疗法提供依据。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Taijiquan on blood glucose and lipoprotein metabolism in T2DM patients.Methods The RCT related studies of T2DM intervention by Taijiquan from PubMed,web of science,CNKI and Wanfang were searched and analyzed with Stata software.Results The reduction of FBG[SMD=-0.607,95%CI=(-0.930-0.284,P<0.0001)],HbA1c[SMD=-0.585,95%CI(-0.784-0.386),P<0.0001],TG[SMD=-0.833,95%CI(-1.383-0.283,P<0.0001)],HDL-C[SMD=0.458,95%CI(0.063-0.852,P<0.0001)],LDL-C[SMD=-0.458,95%CI(0.063-0.852,P<0.063-0.063-0.852,P<0.0001)],LDL-C[SMD=-c[SMD=-0 d=-1.252,95%CI(-2.305^-0.199),P<0.001)]were statistically significant compared with the control group,while TC[SMD=-0.418,95%CI(-0.897~0.061),P>0.05]There was no significant difference.Conclusion Taijiquan exercise can control the blood glucose level of T2DM patients and regulate the lipoprotein concentration,which can provide the basis for the later diabetic exercise therapy.
