摘要
专业课教师、辅导员、成长导师、同辈群体和父母作为大学生的重要他人,通过不同途径影响着大学生的学习质量。其中:专业课教师提供学术支持,辅导员提供心理支持,成长导师提供成长经验,同辈群体可以相互激励和传递经验,家庭成员通过学习期待可以增强学生学习动力。因此,建议高校充分发挥大学生重要他人的作用,构建以学生为中心、以重要他人为基础、以提高学习质量为目标的大学生学习质量支持系统。
Professional teachers,counselors,growth instructors,peer groups and parents as important students of college students influence the quality of college students’learning through different channels.Among them:professional teachers provide academic support,counselors provide psychological support,growth instructors provide growth experience,peer groups can encourage and transfer experiences,and family members can enhance students’learning motivation through learning expectations.Therefore,it is recommended that colleges and universities give full play to the role of important other students in colleges and universities,and build a learning quality support system for college students who is student-centered,based on important others and aims to improve learning quality.
