摘要
目的:明确厚朴饮片适宜的包装和贮藏条件,为保障饮片质量提供参考。方法:分别选取市场常用且符合药用要求的聚乙烯塑料袋、铝塑复合袋和牛皮淋膜纸袋,采用真空与非真空方式对厚朴饮片进行密封包装,贮藏在常温及高湿、高湿2种条件下,以性状、水分、厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的总量为指标,开展为期6个月的常温稳定性和加速稳定性试验研究。结果:2种不同贮藏条件下,饮片性状没有变化,未见发霉、虫蛀等现象;厚朴饮片水分均呈上升趋势,常温试验中样品水分上升缓慢,在《中华人民共和国药典》合格范围内;加速试验水分上升较快,第6个月时超过《中华人民共和国药典》水分含量标准,除真空铝塑复合袋包装样品外,其他样品均超过要求的水分标准,并且不同包装材料和方式的水分变化差异明显。厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的总量均呈波动下降,加速试验较常温试验下降较快,但均符合《中华人民共和国药典》含量标准。结论:综合考虑,厚朴饮片适合的包装材料及方式有非真空聚乙烯塑料袋、牛皮淋膜纸袋、非真空铝塑复合袋,结合实际和成本,推荐厚朴饮片以非真空聚乙烯塑料和牛皮淋膜纸袋包装;适合的贮藏条件为常温通风干燥处。
Objective:To determine the suitable packaging and storage conditions of Magnolia officinalis slices,and provide reference for guaranteeing quality of slices.Methods:Samples were sealed by polyethylene-plastic bag(represent as″S″),aluminum-plastic composite bag(represent as″L″)and Kraft paper bag with peinner(represent as″N″)in vacuum and non-vacuum ways,respectively.Then the samples were stored in a room temperature and humidity&temperature controlled environment.The character,moisture and the total of magnolol and honokiol were selected as evaluation index,room temperature stability and accelerated stability test were carried out.Results:Under the two kind of different storage conditions,the character of samples were not changed and the phenomenon such as mildew and damaged by worms were not noticeable,the moisture were both rising,but the moisture of samples under normal conditions was rising slowly and the value were within the qualified scope of pharmacopoeia.The moisture of accelerated stability test went up quickly and the value were exceed the pharmacopoeia standard after 6 months.Difference are existed between different package and package mode.As for content,the total of magnolol and honokiol are descended.The content were lower under accelerated stability test then stored under room temperature,but they all met the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the samples are over than pharmacopoeia′s standard.Conclusion:S,N and L are good for Magnolia officinalis slices.Based on reality and cost,S and N are recommended.The suitable storage conditions is well-ventilated dry place at room temperature.
