摘要
当前混合动力技术是汽车节能技术的重要发展方向,其关键核心是开发一套先进的机电耦合系统。介绍了功率分流机电耦合系统的类型,阐述了行星齿轮的连接关系、能量传递方案及效率,分析丰田功率分流系统结构演变原因及存在问题,提出解决功率回流的办法及功率分流的控制方法。
Energy saving technology is one of the most important development direction for hybrid powertrain technology,and the core is to develop an advanced hybrid transmission system.This paper presents the different types of power-split hybrid transmission;elaborates on the relationship between planetary gear connections,energy transfer method and efficiency;analyses the reasons and problems behind the evolution of Toyota Hybrid System;and proposes a control method for power split and a method to reduce power recirculation.
