基于IPA分析法的老城区体育公园老年人使用要素评价研究——以南京市五台山体育公园为例 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国社会进入人口老龄化时代,城市中老年人使用运动场地的人数逐渐增多,而城市的老城区由于场地和交通限制等因素,新建体育运动场地相对匮乏,在这种情况下,老城区内的体育公园就成为老年人进行运动的重要载体,其面临适老化改造的问题也越来越严峻。为了更好地为老年人体育运动场地进行适老化改造提供参考,本文以南京市五台山体育公园为例,通过问卷调查和观察走访,运用IPA分析法对该体育公园老年人对使用要素的满意情况和重要程度进行评价。针对IPA方格图反映的老城区体育公园中老年人使用要素存在的一系列问题,从场地空间、活动设施、辅助设施、环境情况、服务管理等方面提出老年人运动场地空间设计的改善建议。 As China enters the age of aging population,the number of middle-aged and elderly people using sports venues in cities is increasing gradually,while the old urban areas are relatively short of new sports venues due to the factors as venues and traffic restrictions.In this case,the sports parks in the old urban areas become an important carrier for the elderly to exercise and are facing with the serious problem of adaptability to the elderly.In order to better provide a reference for the elderly sports venues to adapt to aging,this paper takes Wutaishan Sports Park in Nanjing as an example,through questionnaire survey and observation visits,uses IPA analysis method to evaluate the satisfaction and importance of the elderly use factors in the sports park.Aiming at a series of problems existing in the use factors of the elderly in the sports park in the old urban areas reflected by IPA square diagram,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the space design of the elderly sports venue from the aspects of site space,activity facilities,auxiliary facilities,environmental conditions and service management.
