摘要
目的:探讨临床教学医院教师教学能力评价指标体系的构建。方法:运用多种方法(文献检索法、深入访谈法、问卷调查法)收集临床教师教学能力评价特征条目,经两轮专家咨询后构建临床教师教学能力评价体系的特征条目、行为表现和权重。结果:临床教师教学能力评价指标体系,包括4个一级指标,16个二级指标,60个三级具体评价标准。结论:本临床教学医院教师教学能力评价指标体系,可为临床教师能力评价提供依据。
Objective: To explore construction of evaluation index system for teaching ability of clinical teaching hospital teachers. Methods: A variety of methods(document retrieval method, in-depth interview method, questionnaire survey method) were used to collect clinical teachers’ teaching ability evaluation feature items. After two rounds of expert consultation, the characteristic items, behavioral performance and weights of the clinical teachers’ teaching ability evaluation system were constructed. Results: The clinical teachers’ teaching ability evaluation index system included 4 first-level indexes, 16 second-level indexes, and 60 third-level indexes. Conclusions: The clinical teachers’ teaching ability evaluation system can provide a basis for the clinical teacher ability evaluation.
