摘要 介绍了船舶吊舱式推进器的性能优点,吊舱推进器支撑结构设计校核的难点,给出吊舱支撑结构设计和校核的指导思路。结合一艘4000t级船舶,提出吊舱支撑结构设计的具体实施方法,并采用有限元分析方法,对设计的吊舱支撑结构结构进行校核,验证设计的合理性,为同类吊舱支撑结构的设计、校核及进一步优化提供指导。 The performance advantage of the pod propeller are described,and the difficulty in design and check of the pod propeller supporting structure is introduced.The guidance of the design and check of the POD propeller supporting structure is provided.Combined with a 4000t-class vessel,a detailed description of the design of the pod propeller supporting structure is put forward,a finite element analysis method is adopted to check the designed supporting structure and the rationality of the design is verified,and the guidance for the design,check and further optimization of the similar pod propeller support structure is provided.
