摘要
目的实际治疗慢性盆腔疼痛患者时,可采用中药灌肠治疗也可以采用超声药物电导的方式进行治疗,本文分析两种质量方式相结合对患者产生的治疗效果。方法参与此次研究的患者共有86例,这些患者全部为我院在2017~2018年间收治,将86例患者随机分成两组进行研究。结果两组患者经过治疗后,对比其治疗效果发现有着显著差异(P<0.05),同时对比两组患者治疗前后的VAS评分后发现观察组更加优秀一些(P<0.05)结论采用中药灌肠和超声药物电导结合的方式治疗慢性盆腔疼痛可以获得更理想的治疗效果。
Objective To treat patients with chronic pelvic pain,traditional Chinese medicine enema or ultrasound drug conductance can be used.This paper analyzes the therapeutic effects of two quality methods combined with patients.Methods A total of 86 patients were enrolled in the study.All of these patients were admitted to our hospital in 2017 to 2018.86 patients were divided into two groups for study.Results After treatment,the two groups of patients were found to have significant differences compared with the treatment results.At the same time,the VAS scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine enema and ultrasonic drug conductance can be used to treat chronic pelvic pain.
