应用激光跟踪仪分析冷轧活套带钢跑偏原因及解决措施

摘要 冷连轧生产机组活套内带钢容易出现跑偏刮边现象,通过使用激光跟踪仪对活套内的辊系进行测量及精确调整,并结合现场实际分析冷轧酸洗活套中带钢跑偏的原因,提出了控制活套带钢跑偏的防范和纠正措施,有效地避免了活套带钢跑偏刮边问题。 The strip in the looper of cold rolling mill is prone to run off and scrape edge.In this paper,the roll system in the looper is measured and adjusted accurately by using laser tracker,and the causes of strip run off in the pickling looper of cold rolling are analyzed in combination with the actual situation in the field.The preventive and corrective measures to control looper strip run off and scrape edge are put forward,which effectively avoids the problem of looper strip run off and scrape edge.
