摘要
应用激光再制造技术修复的工程零件表面的耐磨性性能优于基体零件。耐磨性是考察激光再制造传动零件服役性能的重要指标,决定耐磨性优劣的关键在于熔覆层显微组织性能的优劣。制备与港口用传动零件材质相同的激光再制造试件,对其熔覆层的显微组织形貌进行分析,实验结果表明,熔覆层的晶粒尺寸相比结合区和基体区最为细小,组织最为致密均匀,具有更高的硬度和耐磨性。
The performance of engineering parts repaired by laser remanufacturing technology is better than that of base parts.Wear resistance is an important index to investigate the service performance of laser remanufactured transmission parts.The key to determine the wear resistance is the microstructure and performance of the cladding layer.The laser remanufactured specimens with the same material as the port transmission parts are prepared,and the microstructure and tissue morphology of the cladding layer are analyzed.The experimental results show that the grain size of the cladding layer is the smallest compared with the bonding zone and the matrix zone,and the microstructure is the most compact and uniform,with excellent hardness and wear resistance.
