摘要
理工科结合领域的创新应用型研究生培养模式尤为重要,以应用型创新人才培养为主线,搭建协同创新+人工智能+理工科“三位一体”应用型创新人才培养框架,采用“项目式”理工科与人工智能融合领域实践教学体系,形成跨学科、跨行业的多元化导师团队的文化,有利于构建开放式校企联合研究生科研创新训练体系,形成以校企导师联合共建线上课程体系的搭建,提高研究生培养的质量。
The training model of applied innovative postgraduates is particularly important in the field of science and engineering With the cultivation of innovative applied talents as the main line,the“trinity”framework of cultivating applied innovative talents can be set up by integrating collaborative innovation+artificial intelligence+science and engineering,and the practice teaching system in the field of integrating“project”science and engineering with artificial intelligence can be adopted to form a multi-disciplinary and cross-industry tutor team culture.The cultivation model is conducive to the construction of an open system of scientific research and innovation training for postgraduates in school-enterprise alliance,the establishment of online curriculum system jointly built by school-enterprise tutors,and the improvement of the quality of training postgraduate.
