摘要
高等院校主要为社会提供各种专业的高素质人才,因此在人才的培养方向上应该以市场为导向.现代社会对人才的实践能力以及创新能力提出了更高的要求,因此高等院校也应该以应用型创新人才的培养作为教育教学的重要目标."国际投资"是国际贸易专业、国际企业管理等专业的重要学科,在具体的学科教学中,也应该紧密结合人才的培养目标来开展教学,而显然目前"国际投资"教学并没有达到这一要求.基于此,本文以应用型创新人才培养为导向的"国际投资"实践教学改革进行探究,旨在为人们提供一定的参考.
Colleges and universities mainly provide all kinds of high-quality talents for the society,so the training direction of talents should be market-oriented.The modem society puts forward higher requirements for the practical ability and innovation ability of talents,so colleges and universities should also take the training of applied innovative talents as an important goal of education and teaching.International investment is an important subject of international trade,international business management and other majors.In the specific subject teaching,it should also be closely combined with the training objectives of talents to carry out the teaching.Obviously,the current teaching of international investment does not meet this requirement.Based on this,this paper explores the practical teaching reform of international investment,which is oriented by the training of applied innovative talents,in order to provide some reference for people.
