摘要
传统"以教师为核心"的教学模式无法满足应用型课程特点的需要。以国际结算课程为例,根据调研所获得的应用型人才培养的目标定位,通过构建应用为主的理论知识体系,引入真实案例辅助理论教学,增加学生体验教学,用实践教学推动学生能力素质提升,从而形成以满足就业需求为导向的国际结算TCEP教学模式,能在提高课程教学效果的同时更好地实现既定的课程教学目标。但应注重各环节之间的相互衔接,以及该模式运用中应关注的问题。
The traditional“teacher-centered”teaching mode can not meet the needs of application-oriented curriculum.In this study,by taking International Settlement course as an example,according to the target orientation of application-oriented talent training,the author constructed a TCEP teaching mode.By building a knowledge system aiming at application and introducing real cases,student’s experience teaching was strengthened and their abilities were promoted.
