摘要 新能源汽车的发展带来了报废动力电池的处理问题。动力电池处理不当,不仅对环境和人体造成危害,同时也是资源的极大浪费。简要概括报废动力电池回收相关的国家政策法规和技术标准,简述行业内电池回收的现状,详细介绍了三元锂电池材料回收广泛使用的湿法冶金和火法冶金工艺流程,提出以新能源汽车企业为主体的电池回收模式。在该回收模式下,可以实现三元锂电池材料真正意义上的循环利用,不仅可以减少环境污染,还可以降低新能源汽车企业的电池材料采购成本。 The fast-growing market of electric vehicles has brought about the disposal of spent power batteries.If power battery is not handled well,not only causes harm to environment and human body,but also it is a great waste of resources.The correlative policies,regulations and standards were summarized,the current status of recycling was described.Two kinds of technology of hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy which were widely used in electrode materials recovery were introduced.A recovery mode that the main recycling responsibility unit was automobile companies was proposed.In the recycling mode,the electrode materials of LiNixCoyMnzO2 batteries could be recycled.The mode can reduce environmental pollution and the cost of battery materials for automobile companies.
