摘要
目的分析石家庄地区无偿献血者献血后免费用血情况,为改进献血后服务措施和最大限度招募及保留献血者提供依据。方法对河北省血液中心2009—2018年血费返还数据进行统计分析。结果10年间,血费返还的人次和金额呈持续上涨趋势,免费用血量占临床供血量的4.12%,用血返还者中献血者本人返还仅占16.97%,与献血者本人相比,其直系亲属的返还率远高于献血者本人(P<0.05)。结论随着无偿献血深入开展,享受献血后免费用血政策的人数会持续增长;血费省内异地返还和出院即报2项新举措既方便了献血者及其直系亲属用血后血费的报销,对采供血机构面临医疗机构血费欠费问题也有所缓解。建立全国统一的血费报销规则,实现省际间无偿献血者用血后血费报销,能进一步推动采供血事业健康发展。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status of blood reimbursement among voluntary blood donors in Shijiazhuang,so as to provide references for recruitment and retention of blood donors.Methods The reimbursement of blood charges in Hebei Blood Center from 2009 to 2018 was collected for statistical analysis.Results The number of reimbursed donors and the expense of reimbursement had been continually increasing during the past 10 years.In blood supplied for the clinical in Shijiazhuang,the reimbursement blood accounted for 4.12%.Only 16.97%of the reimbursement blood was returned to donor themselves and their immediate family members enjoyed much higher reimbursement rates(P<0.05).Conclusion The number of donors with enjoyment of free blood after donation will keep growing with the further development of voluntary blood donation.Two new measures,i.e.different-place reimbursement and immediate reimbursement at hospital discharge,not only facilitate donors and their relatives access to blood reimbursement,but also alleviate the blood fee in arrears to blood centers.Establishing a national rule for blood reimbursement and realizing cross-provincial reimbursement for the voluntary blood donors will contribute to the healthy development of blood industry.
