摘要
目的:探讨陕西省5家医院慢性乙型肝炎中医诊疗方案的临床疗效。方法:收集2017年1至10月陕西省5家医院符合慢性乙型肝炎诊断标准的门诊患者186例,分为传统中医经方组(100例)及名家中医验方组药(86例),同时收集西药治疗患者50例,评价临床疗效。结果:传统中医经方组与名家中医验方组患者在症状改善方面均优于西医组,传统中医经方组与名家中医验方组患者总体疗效相当,但名家中医验方对肝郁脾虚型患者食少纳呆症状改善效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗确实可以改善患者的症状,提高生活质量。传统中医经方与名家中医验方的总体疗效相当,但名家中医验方对肝郁脾虚型患者食少纳呆症状改善效果更佳。
Objective: The clinical efficacy of TCM diagnosis and treatment plan for chronic hepatitis B in Shanxi was explored.Methods: Collecting 186 outpatients cases from five hospitals in Shanxi province who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic hepatitis B, from January 2017 to October 2017.These patients were divided into two groups: one group using the standard treatment of classical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and another group as the experimental group of famous TCM doctors in Shanxi province. At the same time, the cases of 50 patients was also collected and they were treated just by the simple western medicine. Finally, the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results::Both the group of Traditional Chinese medicine and the group of famous Chinese medicine prescription were better than the group of western medicine in improving symptoms. The general effect of the group of famous Chinese medicine prescription and the group of Traditional Chinese medicine was similar.However, the improvement effect of some main symptoms in liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome was better.Conclusion: Chinese medicine treatment can improve the symptoms of patients and the quality of life. The overall effect of traditional Chinese medicine is the same as that of famous Chinese medicine, but the effect of famous Chinese medicine is better in improving the symptoms of liver depression and spleen deficiency.
