摘要
睫状体平坦部玻璃体切除术(pars plana vitrectomy,PPV)术后黄斑水肿(macular edema,ME)的发生严重影响患者的术后视力。糖皮质激素能够有效控制炎性反应,是目前治疗PPV术后炎症相关性ME的主要方法,可局部外用、球周注射,以及玻璃体注射长效或短效糖皮质激素。其他治疗方法还有手术解除黄斑区膜样牵拉、玻璃体注射抗血管内皮生长因子药物、局部应用非甾体抗炎药、口服碳酸酐酶抑制剂、皮下注射α-2a干扰素及外用倍他洛尔等。
The occurrence of macular edema(ME)after pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)severely affects postoperative visual acuity.Corticosteroids can effectively control the inflammatory response.It is currently the main method for the treatment of inflammation-related ME after PPV.It can be applied topically,peri-injection,or intravitreal injection of long-acting or short-acting glucocorticoids.Other treatments include surgical removal of macular membrane-like traction,vitreous injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),topical application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,oral carbonic anhydrase inhibitors,subcutaneous injection of alpha-2a interferon and topical betalol.
