摘要
采用不同铸造工艺对变矩器铝轮产品组织致密度、工艺出品率、气孔夹渣铸造缺陷等有显著影响。通过分析重力铸造和低压铸造工艺的优缺点,确定低压铸造工艺为变矩器的最佳生产工艺。
Different casting processes of the torque converter's aluminum wheel obviously affect the product in many aspects such as product density,technological yield,casting defects of stomata slag and so on.By studying the advantages and disadvantages of gravity casting process and low pressure die casting process,it is determined that low pressure die casting process is optimal for the torque converter.
