摘要
我国人文科学教师科研绩效评价尚属于起步阶段,探究美国高校人文科学教师科研绩效评价体系的基本特征及经验借鉴对我国改善科研管理价值重大。在归纳美国高校人文科学教师科研绩效评价主要类型基础上,运用要素分析法提炼该体系的构成要素,并以此为前提,分析该体系的基本特征,总结其经验,旨在为改善我国人文科学的科研管理提供借鉴。
The research performance evaluation of humanities teachers in China is still in its early stage.It is of great value to improve the management of scientific research to explore the basic characteristics and experience of the research performance evaluation system of humanities teachers in public universities in the United States.In summing up the performance evaluation of the humanities teachers’scientific research public colleges and universities in the United States based on main types,using the factor analysis method,to refine the humanities teachers’scientific research performance evaluation system of public colleges and universities in the United States of the constituent elements.On the premise that mainly analyzes the humanities teachers’scientific research performance evaluation system of public colleges and universities in the United States.To summarize the characteristics of the humanities teachers’scientific research performance evaluation system of public colleges and universities in the United States experience,to improve China’s scientific research management of the humanities.
