摘要
通过实验和数值模拟结合的方法,对PERFORMAX聚结板(简称PEX聚结板)油水分离性能展开了研究。对三种不同工况下PEX聚结板油水分离性能进行模拟,得到了油滴粒径、是否考虑液滴聚结和不同壁面设置对聚结板分离性能的影响。结果显示:在一定范围内,PEX聚结板的油水分离效率随油滴粒径增加而增加,当油滴粒径超过此范围时,分离效率增长缓慢或不再增加;在PEX板作用下,小油滴更易于聚结成大油滴,有助于提高油水分离效率,因而数值模拟过程中考虑液滴聚结结果更接近实际;实验和模拟结果的对比可以得到:PEX聚结板数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,验证了数值模拟模型设置的合理性;通过与实验对比可知,考虑液滴聚结并认为油滴只有碰到上壁面才会被捕捉的情况更接近实际。
The oil-water separation performance of the PERFORMAX coalescer(using PEX for short)was studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation.The effects of oil droplet size,whether considering droplets coalescence and wall boundary conditions on the separation performance of PEX coalescer were obtained through simulating the oil-water separation process of PEX coalescer under three different working conditions.The results showed that in a certain range,the oil-water separation efficiency of PEX coalescer increases with the increase in oil droplet size.When the oil droplet size exceeds the range,the separation efficiency increases slowly or no longer.Under the action of PEX coalescer,small oil droplets are more likely to coalesce into large oil droplets,which improves the efficiency of oil-water separation.Therefore,the results of numerical simulation considering the coalescence of liquid droplets are closer to the real condition.By comparing the results,it was found that that the numerical simulation results of PEX coalescer were basically consistent with the experimental results,which validated the rationality of the numerical model and the boundary conditions.In addition,it can be seen that the simulation results lie on the conditions of including coalescence and the droplets only trapped by the top surface of the PEX plate are closer to the experiment results.
