摘要
为了提高纤维的清洗再生能力,运用6种试剂对纤维进行了亲水改性,并对单位纤维的吸油量和冲洗除油率与改性液浓度、温度和浸泡时间的变化规律进行了详细的研究。试验结果发现,改性后的纤维可使其冲洗除油率增加为原来的1.9~2.8倍,经过改性后的纤维可以在含油废水处理中通过反冲洗再生而得到重复使用。
In order to raise the regeneration ability of fiber washing, the hydrophilic modification for fibre was carried out by applying 6 reagents, and the detailed researches on the changing law ofoil absorded quality and oil removal rate by flushing with the changing of modified liquid concentration, temperature and soaking time were done. It was discovered from the experiment that the fibre after modification could make oil removal rate by flushing increase to 1.9-2.8 times of the original concentration, and could be regenerated through back flushing and used repeatedly in the treatment of oil-containing wastewater.
