摘要
合成不同晶粒尺寸的成型ZSM-5分子筛,用于C4低碳烃芳构化反应。采用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、氮气吸脱附、TGA等技术对催化剂进行表征。在催化剂容量1L的装置上考察了三种不同晶粒尺寸的ZSM-5分子筛的催化性能。研究结果表明,分子筛晶粒尺寸显著影响催化活性。纳米分子筛由于较大的外表面积,较短的扩散路径和较好的酸性位可达性,展现出良好的C4低碳烃芳构化催化活性。纳米催化剂的最优反应条件通过实验确定为:0~0.1MPa,360~380℃,C4进料量300~400mL/h。
Extruded ZSM-5 zeolites with different crystal sizes were synthesized as catalysts for C4 hydrocarbon aromatization.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,NH3-TPD,N2 physical adsorption/desorption and TGA.Scale-up experiments of C4 hydrocarbon aromatization with 1 L catalysts were carried out.The results indicated that the catalytic activity of ZSM-5 zeolite is obviously affected by crystal size.The nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite exhibited excellent catalytic activity due to its large external surface area,short diffuse path length and good acid site accessibility.The optimal reaction conditions for the nano ZSM-5 zeolite were determined by experiments as follows:0-0.1MPa,360-380℃,and feed rate of 300-400mL/h.
