摘要
脑卒中已成为导致人类残疾和死亡的主要原因,其发病率逐年上升.传统的治疗方法主要有溶栓治疗、脱水、降低颅内压、营养神经、手术治疗等.重复经颅磁刺激是一种新型电生理技术,近些年在临床上得到广泛应用,本文综述了重复经颅磁刺激治疗过程中不同因素对脑卒中后下肢运动功能障碍影响的研究进展,为其治疗脑卒中的有效性和安全性提供参考依据.
Stroke has become the leading cause of disability and death in humans,and the incidence has increased vear by year.Traditional trecilment methods mainly include thrombolytic therapy,dehydration,reduction of intracranial pressure,nutritional nerves,and surgical treatment.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is a new type of electrophysiological technique that has been widely used in clinical practice in rect1 nt years.This paper sunimerized the research progress of different factors in the treatment of lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke transcranial magnetic stimulation,to found reference for its effectiveness and safety in the treatment of stroke.
