摘要
友善价值观是人与人之间的道德纽带,是维护人际关系和谐的润滑剂。大学生积极培育和践行友善价值观是贯彻落实习近平总书记关于社会主义核心价值观系列讲话精神的需要,是当前我国大学生人际交往现状的迫切需要,是大学生成为中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的需要。培育和践行大学生友善价值观,要将友善价值观内涵于高校课程建设之中,充分发挥课程的育人功效;要将学生骨干作为培育和践行友善价值观的中坚力量,提高“关键少数”的带动和辐射功效;要将友善价值观融入社会实践活动之中,增强主体的体验功效;要将友善价值观作为教师师德教育的核心,提升教师的示范功效;要将友善价值观和学生工作制度结合,强化制度的管理功效。
The value of friendliness is the moral bond between people and the lubricant to maintain the harmony of interpersonal relations.Actively cultivating and practicing friendly values among college students is the need to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches on socialist core values,the urgent need for the current situation of interpersonal communication among college students,and the need for college students to become qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To cultivate and practise the values of friendliness of College students,we should connotation the values of friendliness in the course construction of colleges and universities,give full play to the educational effect of the courses,regard the backbone of students as the backbone of cultivating and practicing the values of friendliness,improve the driving and radiating effect of the"critical minority".We should integrate the values of friendliness into social practice activities and enhance the experiential effect of the subjects.As the core of teachers'ethics education,friendly values should be combined with student work system to enhance the management effect of the system.
