摘要
部门统计工作是公路施工企业基于各条公路基础数据的管理工作,准确收集、分析基础数据是部门统计工作的重中之重,也是成本核算的首要关键问题。本文就针对目前的统计管理中出现的问题及改进的措施展开深入论述,并对大数据进行科学分析进而有效指导管控项目进行探索,不足之处还望大家批评指正。
Departmental statistical work is the management work of highway construction enterprises based on the basic data of various highways.Accurately collecting and analyzing basic data is the top priority of departmental statistical work,and it is also the primary key issue of cost accounting.This article discusses the problems and improvement measures in current statistical management,and conducts scientific analysis of big data to effectively guide management and control projects.The shortcomings are expected to be corrected.
