厌氧消化时间对猪场沼液生化处理效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 基于实际工程中厌氧前后猪场废水生化处理效果差异的存在,研究并探讨了产生效果差异的原因。将不同厌氧时长的猪场沼液通入序批式生物反应器(SBR)进行处理。结果表明,猪场原水及厌氧14 d沼液的SBR处理效果较好,从产沼效率兼沼液生化处理角度考虑,14 d厌氧时间为佳;厌氧30 d及以上的猪场沼液难以通过SBR有效处理。厌氧消化造成猪场沼液难以生化处理的原因包括C/N低、NH3-N的活性抑制、大分子及颗粒态有机物等难以生物降解物质的存在等。 Based on the difference of anaerobically digested piggery wastewater treatment efficiency in practical engineering, the reason for the different treatment efficiency was researched and discussed. The piggery slurry anaerobically digested for different time was treated as the influent of SBR. The results showed that raw piggery water and anaerobically digested slurry digested for 14 d could be effectively treated by SBR. Considering jointly energy recovery and purifying effectiveness of piggery slurry, 14 d was selected as the optimum length of anaerobically digestion time. However, a long-time anaerobic digestion such as 30 d or longer easily resulted in the failure of biological purification of anaerobically digested piggery slurry. Many factors were responsible for the failure including low C/N, the activity inhibition of NH3-N and the existence of difficult biodegradable substances such as macromolecular and particulate organic matter.
